Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through email Submissions:

Manuscript Preparation
Language : All manuscripts must be written in Hindi, Sanskrit or in English.
Document Format : Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF format.
Font and Spacing:
For English – Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spacing throughout the manuscript, including quotations, notes, and references.
For Hindi & Sanskrit –Use Mangal (Font Type); 14 (Font Size); with 1.15 spacing. The Sub-titles must be in Bold font.
Margins: One-inch margins on all sides.
Length: The manuscript must not be less than 2000 words and not exceed 7,500 words including abstract, references, tables, and figures.
Title Page: Include the title of the paper, author’s name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information (email and phone number) on the title page. This page should be separately to ensure anonymity during the review process.
Abstract and Keywords
Abstract: Provide an abstract of no more than 300 words summarizing the key points of the manuscript.
Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords that reflect the content of the manuscript.
Main Text
Headings: Use up to three levels of headings to organize the content. Ensure headings are clearly distinguishable.
Introduction: State the purpose of the study, the research questions or hypotheses, and the significance of the study.
Literature Review: Summarize relevant literature and highlight gaps the study aims to fill.
Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
Results: Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Discussion: Interpret results, discuss implications, and compare findings with existing literature.
Conclusion: Summarize key findings and suggest areas for further research.
References
The acknowledgement of the sources accessed must be mentioned as End Notes that includes all sources cited in the manuscript. End Notes must follow 7th Edition of APA Style Publication Manuel(2020).
Tables and Figures
Placement: Insert tables and figures within the text close to where they are first mentioned.
Numbering: Number tables and figures consecutively (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
Captions: Provide a descriptive caption for each table and figure.
Review Process
Peer Review: All submissions will undergo a blind peer review process.
Decision Notification: Authors will be notified of the review decision within 4-6 weeks.
Revisions: If revisions are required, authors must submit the revised manuscript within 3 weeks.
Ethical Considerations
Originality: Manuscripts must be original works and not published elsewhere or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Plagiarism: All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Manuscripts with significant plagiarism will be rejected.Authors shall be responsible for authenticity of Facts, Figures and other data borrowed from other sources which must be duly acknowledged.
Author/s must submit an undertaking regarding originality of article and research ethics.

Vimarsh Pravah does not charge any fee from Authors for submitting, reviewing, or publishing their articles.
Publication Frequency Guideline for Authorship
To ensure fair opportunity, diversity, and broad academic representation, Vimarsh Pravah adheres to a strict publication interval policy for all contributing authors.
4-Issue Cooling-off Period: Authors who have successfully published a paper in Vimarsh Pravah are not eligible to submit or publish another manuscript in the subsequent four (4) consecutive issues of the journal.
Rationale: This rule prevents single-author dominance in consecutive issues and guarantees equitable opportunities for new and diverse scholarly contributions.
Re-submission Eligibility: Authors may submit a new manuscript for consideration starting from the fifth (5th) issue following their last publication.
This policy applies to both primary and co-authors across all submission categories.
